safe mode

when i turn on windows xp i get a black screen in safe
mode and do not know how to exit
 
While in Safe Mode, go to Start, type msconfig in the run box and press
enter, go to the Boot.ini tab, remove the check from the box next to
/SAFEEBOOT, click apply and ok, then reboot the system.
