I have inadvertently slipped my validation disc for xp into puter whille in
safe mode no it continues to attempt to build or install programming as if it
were new that it has already and cannot get out of safe mode? any help here?

Sorry but your post is unclear. What do you mean by "validation disc for
xp"? There is an installation CD and recovery CDs. I have never heard of
validation disc.

What do you mean by it "continues to attempt to build or install
programming"? What exactly is happening? Messages? Dialog Boxes?

What do you mean by "cannot get out of safe mode"? What happens when the
computer is rebooted?

Please explain what exactly you did and what is happening, rather than give
a conclusionary description.
