Safe mode help

Am attempting to restart my computer second computer in safe mode but am
asked for my administrator password. I do not know what an administrator
password is. Can someone possible enlighten me. Many thanks for any help.

Tried not entering one and just pressing ENTER?

If so - who installed your Windows XP operating system?
They should know the password.
