Safe Mode Adminstrator

My problem started around 8pm. I had to reboot the
computer and when I ttied to log on to my profile again,
I received the message - "Windows cannot load the locally
stored profile...."
I finally find the KB article relating to this matter and
attempt to resolve the issue. I thought I had it all
taken care of, until I tried to log on the Adminstrator
profile in Safe Mode and got the same error message.

Now I don't what to do. I don't want to reinstall the
OS. IS there anything I can do?

Try creating another account with Admin rights and rename the problem
profile. Once renamed, logon as the problem account, a new profile should be
created.

You could then copy needed data from the problem profile in to the new
profile.

I would do this before a reinstall.
