S-Video and a MSI MS-Starforce Geforce 6600 (Nvidia Geforce 6600)

Hello,

This card has an S-Video jack on it which comes with an S-Video Cabled
with rgb jack attacked. I tried plugging it into my LCD TV via an S
Video cable - but no picture.

Do I have to set something up on this card to use S-Video out?
