In the upper box (Find what), hold down ALT while you press 0147 on the numeric
keypad
In the lower box (Replace with), type a straight quote character.
Click Replace All
Oddly, this replaced both opening and closing quotes when I did it here in
PPT2003. Wrong-headed, but helpful. You may have to repeat the process with
ALT+0148 as well.
