But I want the RSPCA (Royal Society For The Preventation Of Cruelty To Animals) to investigate his treatment of the croc. It's cruel to dangle a tender snack and then not let the croc to eat it.

Just got nominated Australian Of The Year by the Queensland Premier.

Croc hunter Steve Irwin, condemned internationally for holding his baby son while he hand-fed a crocodile, has been defended by Queensland Premier Peter Beattie and a leading fighter against child abuse.

" Seeya later alligator."
"In a while crocodile."

We had one tourist that fled to Australia from bali after being bombed. Then got eaten by a croc. How's that for bad luck. The only things that kill humans in Australia all live in the water. There's nothing dangerous on land here (unless you try to steal a kangeroo's harem - some breeds are 9' tall).

Well, as to there being nothing dangerous on the land in Australia, the
deadliest snakes in the world live there. Not to mention spiders.

But noone dies from snakes or spiders (23 people in 38 years). I think bee's kill far more than spiders. I've have never sought medical treatment after a spider bite (always happens when asleep - as I'm alive when I wake I figure I'll stay that way). There are anti venom's for all spider bites and you have hours to get to hospital. Plus you probably won't die if you don't make it to one.

There are lots of poisonous things in the water that will kill you. Feral pigs are probably the most dangerous land animal, and they avoid humans like a plague as they usually are shooting. I can't recall any deaths (though one horror movie) from pigs. All our big animals that could kill are herbivores so they aren't interested in killing humans (though leave those kangeroo's women alone - that will get you killed - but people having sex with a kangeroo is unheard off).

Oh I can see it now! Steve's next video - Kan-did Kamera, though I reckon
he'll start with a wallaby and work his way up...

Saying that is a red rag to a bull! ;o)
