Russian Distribution

I have obtained and successfully installed a Russian
Version of Windows 2000 Server. Can anyone advise me has
to how I can change the language used in application
prompts back to english.

It was a very strange thing to do
The _functionality_ of that version is the same of an
Englihs one, it's just a _text translation_ you see
a Russian word instead of say "Start" on that button...

Can anyone advise me has
to how I can change the language used in application
prompts back to english.

This was often raises (about various languages) and the
answer is, "No, there is NO way you can get UI -
User Interafce language - become English".

(MUI packages work only on English systems and let
a corporate user with a corporate license change UI
from English to say Russian or German).

The only way is to install an _English_ version of
MS Windows
