Russian Character Problem ...

Hi,

Although I can see the Russian Cyrillic everywhere in my computer (even in
the explorer pages) I can not see them on the top of the page (page name).
How can I solve this ?

It's an expected behavior. By the way, it is different under
Windows 2000/XP - there you would see TITLE of the page OK

Please see the explanation in "Russian in Browsers/Mail/News"

in that section, find chapter
"Cyrillic Test Pages for your Browser"
and there you'll find a part called
"Cyrillic letters in the Title of a page (top blue line)"
