Runtime won't display bitmap images

I am developing an Access 2003 database that uses bitmap images. I have
tested the database on multiple PCs with different versions of Access along
with multiple user accounts with varying privileges. The database works fine
except for one trend that keeps coming up when I run it on Access 2003
runtime. My bitmap images will not display at all. I am guessing there is
something wrong with my runtime. Is this the case or am I missing something
else? Thanks in advance for any help!

Wow, your post has been out there for a while with no replies! Hopefully
this suggestion will work for you. It's pretty simple. Install the Office
Graphics Filter from your Office installation disk on the PC that has the
runtime installed on it. These steps will guide you to the filter once the
installation starts; note this is for Office 2003 installations: Add or
Remove Features -> check the "Choose advanced customization of applications."
check box and click Next -> Office Shared Features -> Converters and
Filters -> Graphics Filters. Or download and install it from Microsoft's
website: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;212265

Just for clarification Robert, your suggestion will only work if the user
has at least one of the Office app already installed on their workstation.
In the past, when this issue appears in the NG's, the workstations do not
have Office installed.

I do like your detailed explanation though and have saved it so I can repost
when the relevant issue comes up again in the future.

Stephen,
Thanks for adding in the info that I failed to mention! Even the smallest
details left out will hinder a fix. Thanks again!
