I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled Xp Home and Office. Now when I
get to different Internet Explorer pages, I sometimes get a message that a
"Runtime Error has occured, do you wish to Debug". If I choose yes, I get a
window that asks if I want to use the Microsoft Script Editor to debug.
What program is causing this and how do I disable it. It is a pain because
it happens about 2 out of 5 web pages I come across.

Hi, Preston. In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and click on
Internet Options. Look on the Advanced tab. Scroll down to "Disable
script debugging" and click to put a check in the box. Be sure the next
item, "Display a notification about every script error" is unchecked.
Click Apply and OK out.

Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, click
the Advanced tab, under the Browsing heading, scroll down to the option:
Disable Script Debugging and click to ADD a checkmark to the left of it.
Also below that entry, there's an option: Display a Notification About
Every Script Error, click to REMOVE the checkmark to the left of that entry.
Then click the Apply and OK buttons at the bottom of the Internet Options
window. Then reboot your system.
