Runtime Errot

Pardon me for not knowing, but what is a "Runtime Error"
and if I am not a programmer, how does one "debug" such
an error? I'd much rather avoid it showing up on my
screen because if I say "no" to debuging, it seems not to
matter in the browsing that I am doing.

Ryan,
You're right most users don't want to know about every error on every page
;-)

So... From IE> Tools> Options> Advanced...
Check "Disable script debugging" and uncheck "Display a notification about
every script error."
