Runtime Error when browsing - please help

Ever since installing MS Visual C++ 6.0 Enterprise Edition,
I keep getting error messages when browsing that say:

"A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?
Line: ..."

MS Visual C++ 6.0 Professional Edition didn't do this.

Is it possible to shut these prompts off when browsing?

Try going to internet options..advanced tab and put a check in disable
script debugging and uncheck display a notification about every script
error.

That did the trick ... thanks!

I checked "Disable script debugging".
"Display a notification about every script error" was already unchecked.
