Runtime Errors with IE6.

I am getting multiple panels coming up reading "runtime error" while using IE 6. It seems to be related to popup blocking but I am not positive about that. Is there a fix to these runtime errors, or turn the thing off since I am not degugging anything?

There are lots of different Runtime errors. What is your exact error
message?
