RUNTIME ERRORS.. trying to open link that I previously had no problems

I use a "TRUSTED" website in day to day business that has
ONLINE FORMS that I can no longer acess/open. I'm
thinking it might be one of the XP Hotfix that is
preventing me, but i'm not sure. I can access the Web
site without problems & other links with out problems,
but when I attempt to open the ONLINE FORMS the following
error message appears:
A Runtime Error has occured.
Do you wish to Debug? (which debuging doesn't prove any
help)

method: 'contract.SourceURL'

ANY SUGGESTIONS????????

Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, select Internet Options, go to the
Advanced tab, place a check next to "Disable script debugging" and make sure
there is not check next to "Display a notification about every script
error," click apply and ok.
