Runtime error

I am getting Runtime errors on a lot of websites. The
line number changes but the error reported is always the
same, Object Expected. I even get it on www.microsoft.com
and any page thereafter. This same computer is displaying
blank spaces where text or pictures should be with no
place holder (red x). Or some pages come up completely
blank. The bottom of the screen will say Done with
Errors. I've changed security settings and that has not
made a difference. Any ideas?
