Runtime Error

When trying to start Explorer (Windows or Internet), I get
an error message saying "This application has requested the
Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact
the application's support team for more information."
However, it only shows up when trying to start from a user
login, not from my administrator login. Any ideas?

Did you post the exact error message?

Could this be the cause?

Runtime Library Microsoft Visual C++, Runtime Error Program
C:\Windows\Explorer.exe or Iexplore.exe, abnormal program termination.
