Runtime error

I keep getting the following message while composing a document on WORD
-runtime error!program:C\programFiles\Microsoft Office10\WINWORD.EXE

It appears in a little window that, if I close it my entire document is lost
and cannot be recovered. If I don't close the window, I cannnot work on
anything else on the PC.

Can anyone out there help?

Try to Repair the Office suite by going to Add/remove Programs and select
Office10 and click Remove you will be represented with three option one of
them Repair click on that and see if the issue will be resolved.
