runtime error

I have created two accounts on my Windows 2000 professional
when they login to any of them and try to open my
documents, control panel or any other thing a message pops
up saying.

Runtime error!

Program: C:\WINNT\Explorer.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it
in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information.

Can any body tell me what to do please.
