Runtime Error!-Urgent help needed

[CCND]

Whenever I tried to browse any websites by using IE6 I
always got the message like this:

"Runtime error! Program C:\Program files\Internet
explorer\IExplore.exe

this application has requested the runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way..."

Then I had to click OK and the website was closed.

I tried to reinstall the IE6 several times and even
format the C Drive and reinstall WindowsXP, but the
problem is still there.

Anyone can help? Your prompt assistance is greatly
apppreciated!
