Runtime Error! Program:c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore

I have seen numerous posts on the follow error. But none of the resolutions
seem to apply to Internet Explorer.

Here is the actual error. It occurs one time after each reboot.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

After clicking OK the dialog box closes. Starting IE again will result in
NO error message and IE will start.

Try the following and see if it helps:

Disable the Script Debugger in IE (Line 142) - Win XP
