Runtime error on startup

I recently re-installed my Office XP and now I get a runtime error and
abnormal program termination when I startup Outlook. Then, when I re-launch
it comes up OK and works fine. Any suggestions?

I am having the exact same problem and i have tried unchecking the add in
manager and i am still getting the same error!
