Runtime Error Message

When I try to go onto the internet I get this message:
"Microsoft C+ + Runtime Library
"Program: C:\Program Files\internet explorer\explorer exe.
"This application has requested the runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way" Please contact the application
support team for more info

If this is the issue then check for others.

Runtime Library Microsoft Visual C++, Runtime Error Program
C:\Windows\Explorer.exe or Iexplore.exe, abnormal program termination.
