RunTime Error Help Request

When I try to launch some web pages I am getting the following error
message, which in turn then closes my Browser.

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

The application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
It appears that I have both Java(Sun) and MS VM on the PC. After
disabling/unchecking Java(Sun) the runtime error ceased in IE6. Source:
ehar32.
