runtime error 5

I have a runtime error 5 at 00408286. I disabled error
messaging and I am still recieving it. I dont believe it
is a critical error, as it does not shut me down or close
any applications. Mainly just an annoyance I had hoped to
fix with the previous action. Any suggestions?
