RunOnce entry without a command dialog

When I add an entry into the RunOnce registry key, the command runs
when the first user logs in after a reboot. This is working fine.
However, I have two questions:

1. Is it possible to have the command run prior to a user logging in
after the reboot?

2. When the user logs in, a command prompt dialog is visible while my
command is executing. Can I hide that from the user?
