I am trying to install software on my windows XP media 2002 edition and the
software won't run because it needs Windows NT 4.0 verson 6 or later. Isn't
this older than XP?

What can I do to get this support for the software.

Help Please!

Contact the software author through their tech support.

Very much so.

What can I do to get this support for the software.

Contact the manufacturer of that software product to determine if they
make a modern version that works on modern operating systems.

Yes, However the software is apparently old enough that it was written
before XP existed, so is unaware of it.

You probably can't. Not every older program will work under XP.

Contact the software manufacturer. They may have a fix for you, or there may
be a newer version that works with XP.
