Running programs missing from taskbar...

Hi everyone...

Not sure how I did this, but when I open programs, the buttons for them are
not being shown on the taskbar...

Any ideas?

I have been facing the same thing for the past month or
so ...
I've searched high and lo for registry entries to fix
this but couldn't find any ...

It's really bothering ..
the solution, according to our comany helpdesk, is to
create a new profile, but I'm not buying that ...
