running out of room on "C"

we are running windows 2000 server with service pack 4 and all the critical updates installed. we are running out of room on "C" because of all these darn updates. "C" was a 4Gb partition. and now we have only 300mb free. we have a total of 200GB of free space on a spanned drive configuration (we are spanning 73GB SCSI drives). does windows or microsoft have any tools i can use to repartition and increase"C" by repartitioning and decreasing the spanned drives?

Microsoft doesn't make a utility that wil resize partitions. There
are 3rd party utilities that will do this. Take a look at Partition
Magic.
