Running ICS on windows 2000 advanced server

Our LAN have 20 computer running windows 2000 pro. all connect to 3c17300 switch . my server running windows 2000 advanced server. I have a broudband G shdsl connection. all IP are static ( also modem) . how I can sharing this connection in LAN . I have a little exprience please guide me step by step.
 
Simply install a second NIC in the server and connect your modem to that
NIC. Enable routing and remote access on the server using the wizard.
There is a selection for setting up a NAT box.
