Running Britannica 2003 on Vista

Hello There:

When I try to run the Britiannica 2003 on Windows Vista, I get this error
message "Application could not be initialized, Please re-intsall"

I re-installed the Britannica, but the problem is still there.

Any thoughts...

Yes, two.

First, have you contacted the publisher to see if they claim Vista
compatibility for Britannica 2003? Is there a newer version that is
compatible?

Second, you'll have better luck asking a Vista question in a Vista group,
rather then in this .NET programming group:

Then open your language in the TreeView on the left, scroll down to
"Windows", open and scroll down to "Windows Vista", and
select a group from that category.
