Running a database file on access.

I have an important database and Access application which I am trying to
transfer to a newer PC. Both the old and new PCs run Windows XP. I bought
Access2003 for my new computer.
Whe I try to run my database in the new PC, I get an error message "Missing
or broken reference to 'CO' version 1"
Help.......

because you have created the DB with a previous version of access is it
possible that the proper references is not in the DB, so go to Visual Basic
editor then tools
then references and then add the refernces you used in the old version of
access
