Running 98 programs on xp

I really want to play theme park world on my computer but it has windows xp
on it and this game is for windows 98. Can i do this without having to
install 98 to as don't have disks for this? Please help!!!!

Go to the game's web site and see if they have an update for XP. If not,
you're probably SOL.

Or try Compatibility Mode.

Usually compatability mode will work for 98 programs. However, there are some
exceptions, and Theme Park World is one of them.

The game does not work on XP becasue of some prob with fonts, but there is a
patch which you can find on this site:

Try the Program Compatibility Wizard. in All Programs - Accessories.
Browse it to the game's .exe file and tell it to run in Win98 mode.

It may though be one of the ones that tries handling hardware direct and
which just will not be allowed to run in XP
