Runner file error message

Starting today, when my computer boots up, I get this message:
"Runner File name (00009613.exe) lacks a '-' (the app id separator)"
I click the OK button because I don't know what else to do....

What does this mean? I did a search for the file and this came up:
00009613.exe-1F9142A6.pf
I can't, for the life of me, find the program that this file goes to.
Can anyone suggest to me what might have happened, what I can do to fix this
problem? Part of me wonders if something was sneakily loaded on my computer
- I'm paranoid about hackers and stuff.
Any help would be appreciated.
