Runner Error

I have a window that keeps on popping up everytime I
start the computer. The window is titled "Runner Error".
In the content of that window, it states; Invalid
Backweb application id "137903". Underneath it is a
place to click on "OK". I don't know what that problem
is or how to correct it. Please help. Thank you, Esther
