Runner error messages

I keep getting two error messages:

RUnner Error - Invalid Back Web Appllication i.d. "7288971

and

Runtime error - ProgramC:\PROGRA~1
\Aveo\Attune\Bin\Attune_di.exe
abnormal program termination

How to I correct these??????

go to the windows update web site and they have a upgrade
for that runtime error
