RUNDLL32

hi there. Hopefully you can help me with my problem.
When i choose "SHUTDOWN COMPUTER", I receive a warning
says "ERROR CLOSING PROGRAM: RUNDLL32". There is a
button, ENDNOW and CANCEL. I choose end now, and windows
closes like normal.


Why do i get this warning sign coming up? This is a new
warning for me, i've never seen this (rundll32). Can you
help me?
