Rundll32.exe

Whenever I turn off my computer I get a dialog box that
reads "End Program - rundll32.exe. To return to windows &
check the status of the program click cancel. If you
choose to end the program immediately you will lose any
unsaved data. To end the program now, click [end now].
There is also a progress bar at the bottom. If I let the
progress bar run out the box goes away & windows XP
doesn't close. If I press [end now] windows closes
normally. I've seen this question raised by many people.
