When I shut down, I get the "End Program - rundll32.exe" "Ending program please wait" screen. Then I get the "This program is not responding screen - End Now" screen. If it sits unattended for a while the computer will totally lock up. Any suggestions?

Rundll32.exe

You have one of the W32.Miroot.Worm / W32/Legemer.Worm / W32.HLLW.Sanker viruses (or another virus).
