Can somebody please tell me if rundll32.exe is part of
Windows? It repeatedly tries to send outbound messages
from my computer. I am having a problem with
uncontrolled access to my computer and am trying to

A file search of your computer would have found this file in \I386, and
the property sheet for the file would have given you at least a
scintilla of information as to why the file is there and what it does.
