That is totally incorrect. Rundll32.exe is a standard Windows
component and it is quite normal to find it being used by legitimate
applications.
Unfortunately it is also quite common to find it also used by viruses,
trojans, spyware and other assorted scumware products.
Therefore the correct procedure is to first identify exactly what that
particular rundll32.exe item is for, where it comes from, and then
undertake appropriate remedial action.
