It is possible that...
C:\PROGRA~1\MUSICM~1\MUSICM~1\rundll32.exe
C:\PROGRA~1\MUSICM~1\MUSICM~1\mminstall.dll,_Expor tRemDirAndContents@16
C:\PROGRA~1\MUSICM~1\MUSICM~1\MMJB
is in a RunOnce key in the registry.

mminstall.dll looks like an istall file.

MMJB is mmjb.exe

Music Match Juke Box is trying to install or update itself.

Did you recently install Music Match Juke Box?

I may have had it on my computer but it has been since removed....So what can
I do to remove this error?

First, rundll32.exe is a Windows program, it allows .dll files to be run as
if they were an application or .exe file.

You do not want to remove rundll32.exe.

Search the registry for any reference to
C:\PROGRA~1\MUSICM~1\MUSICM~1\rundll32.exe
and delete the reference(s).

Open the Registry Editor...
Start | Run | Type: regedit | Click OK |
Hit your F3 key | Paste this in the box:
C:\PROGRA~1\MUSICM~1\MUSICM~1\rundll32.exe |
Click the Find Next button |

Delete every reference to C:\PROGRA~1\MUSICM~1\MUSICM~1\rundll32.exe that
you find.

Keep hitting F3 until you see the Finished searching through the registry
message.

Paste the following line into Start | Run and click OK...

C:\PROGRA~1\MUSICM~1\MUSICM~1

Does anything open or do you get an error?

Do a Search for mminstall.dll and mmjb.exe on your machine.

See this for
HOW TO: Search For Hidden Or System Files In Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/302347

Delete mminstall.dll and mmjb.exe.
