RUNDLL32.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

Hello All.

When I reboot my computer, everything turns in black screen and windows will
not restart. I have to kill the power to turn of the computer.
Also when winndows starts following error message occured:
"The procedure entry point ThunkConnect32 could not be located in the
dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

Please help.
