rundll32.exe - Application Error

When I try to change my Desktop Wallpaper i get an error
message "rundll32.exe - Application Error" it says: The
instruction at "0x637003d3" refererenced memory
at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
 
These types of errors usually indicate a faulty device driver, in your case it
probably is a graphics issue. Go to the manufacturer's web site and look around for
an updated driver.
