Hi All,
Suddenly out of the blue rundll32.exe and csrss.exe have begun a furious
fight for process time, such as renders the system unusable right from boot
up. Symantec anti-virus is running and up to date. No junk shareware is
running. The system is lightly used and has only a few quality apps running.
IE is always off. I have tried system restore already.
I know about re-install and/or reformat + reinstall. I just want to avoid
that if possible. I use Windows very little, mainly to reduce time spent in
repair and support. Thanks in advance,
Isaiah
