Try reinstalling the MyWebSearch toolbar.

The file comes from the My Web Search toolbar malware. If you recently
cleaned up your computer then the antivirus/antimalware program you used
left a reference in Startup. If you are 100% sure your computer is clean,
you can manage your Startup (see below).

If you *haven't* recently cleaned up your computer, it would be a really
good idea to do so now.

Be sure the computer is clean:

Manage Startup:

Start>Run>msconfig [enter]

This brings up the System Configuration Utility. Look on the Startup tab and
find the probable culprit. Uncheck the box next to its name, Apply and OK
out. You don't need to restart immediately, but the next time you do you'll
get a dialog saying you've used the Utility. Just tick the box that says in
effect, "don't bother me about this again".

Important - Do not use the System Configuration Utility to stop processes.
Instead, use Start>Run>services.msc [enter] and do not stop any services
unless you really, really know what you're doing.

The free Autoruns program is very useful for managing your Startup -

Most malware sites consider it low risk at the worst. If the user does not want it installed they can usually uninstall it from add-remove programs and then delete a few registry keys which are easily identified with a google search. There are likey more remnants left behind than just blocking it from the startup as you have recommended in a separate reply.

Try reinstalling the MyWebSearch toolbar.
