That is part of the mywebsearch toolbar which is known malware, scan your
system with malwarebytes (malwarebytes.org) as you likely have other junk on
there.

Make sure that your anti-malware software is running, then download the
latest signatures and run a full scan.

Comprehensive anti-malware software scans for all types of malicious
software in the background, on demand and on schedule. If you don't have
comprehensive anti-malware software, you're a sitting duck.

For now try scanning your system with /several/ of the better online
scanners, such as:
Kaspersky Antivirus (http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner)
Panda ActiveScan (http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan)

Download HijackThis from www.trendsecure.com. Run it, save a log, and
post the log at one of the many sites that support HJT, such as
spywarewarrior.com, bleepingcomputer.com, and http://aumha.net -- but
not here. Within a day you'll have step-by-step advice from an expert on
cleaning up any malware infestations.

Even the best detection and removal software can't fix every malware
infection. If none of the above remove the infection, you may want to
show the computer to a professional. You might need to erase your hard
drive and start over.

O.k. I had to be more specific when I post first time.I already scaned by
nod32.I had one trojan downloader and all exe.and dll.files in this folder
(My Web Search)was corupted.I menaged to delete the corupted files by nod,but
I had to do it from the safe mode, because nod wouldent do anything in normal
mode. However by mistake I have deleted this dll.file I am missing and now on
start up,windows are reminding me I dont have it.Can I replace him?

Your missing the point, you don't want to replace "him", it's part of the
malware, follow the instructions in my first post.

The malware was deleted by your a/v software, but the reference to the
file was not removed from the registry.

Click Start, Run, type REGEDIT, click OK. Press the Home key, press F3,
type the name of the file into the search pane. Click "Find Next", and
when located, delete the reference to the file. Press F3 to continue
the search.

You can click File, Export, and save the entry to the Desktop. If you
remove it and there's a problem, double-click the .reg file you exported
to the Desktop and it'll be added to the registry again. You can create
a restore point before editing the registry too.

You could click Start, Run, type MSCONFIG, click OK, click the StartUp
tab, and deselect the item(s). When you restart the computer, you will
be warned that you're running in the Diagnostic mode; click to not alert
you again, and OK out. You won't see the message again. But I think
it's best to just remove the references from the registry.

Your issue is a prime example of why good registry cleaners are needed.
Don't listen to the others who say registry cleaners are "snake oil". To fix
your issue automatically, download CCleaner from here
http://www.ccleaner.com/ install it and when you run it select the registry
icon on the left to clean your registry. Let it fix all but choose to backup
when prompted. Your problem should then be fixed.

That's actually good, because it's malware by itself.

You can easily replace it by re-infecting your system with MyWebSearch,
which should not be reinstalled.

Your real problem is that there is a *reference* to the launcher left, and
you should just locate the reference using MSCONFIG, and delete it.

MyWebSearch should be completely uninstalled and not reinstalled.

If the one you use does not fix the issue then it is not worth the money
spent to acquire it. CCleaner will work.
