I keep recieving an error report that reads error loading
c:\progra~1\common~2\address~1\cnbabe.dll and it
repeatedly pops up on my screen. I believe that part of my
windows xp hotfix was deleted I believe it was the file
called windows hotfix wm823182 does anyone know how I can
fix this problem?
