Any thoughts on what this is and how to get rid of it?

Specified module could not be found

Just a guess but it's maybe some spyware that you've removed that used
to phone home but a few entries are still left in the registry for it.
Search the registry for a call to cnbabe.dll and delete it, assuming
you're sure it's not important.
