can someone please tell me what error C:\program files
SurfBuddysbuddy.dll rrun is or error rundll?my computer
is a brand new dell and its acts like its years old

This is a classic piece of adware or spyware. The fiel name sbuddy.dll

SurfBuddy adware - not to be confused with the legitimate SurfBuddy
application by SurfApps.

Get SPybot Search and Destroy - do a google and download, free.

Install and update all files for this application and then restart your PC
in Safe Mode.

Run Spybot and delete all thge crud. I'm sure that the Surfbuddy is not
alone on the PC.
